We loved the hotel, it was ideal and spotlessly clean. The staff were attentive and efficient and the location was favourable near to the bridge. The deluxe room was neat and new-fashioned, with central heating, a safe box and multi-channel TV. The buffet breakfast was tasty and consisted of cereal and pastries.

I loved that the hotel was reasonably spacious, magnificent with a great service.

Came in Lisbon to relax and have fun, this iconic hotel was characterful base for doing it. We loved rooms with comfortable bed. The restaurant was excellent, good service, appetising food. We had a such wonderful experience.

It has very good staff and food, free wi-fi. Spacious room, very comfy bed and luxurious bathroom. Great views and beautiful garden.

Perfect breads and pastries at the dining room for breakfast. I had unique room where the toilet was. The staff - consistently courteous, and was always available.

Hotel is just fabulous, with warm breakfast, and location is exquisite close to Belem and many tourist attractions. The main bar is nice, liked this place.

The staff were ready to help and the hotel was tiny little, we loved staying in Lisbon. Non-smoking and non-smoking rooms. Unique building and magnificent location. Venue was tidy and the service was courteous. Everything was perfect as always.

The rooms are good sized and the bed is comfortable. Views from the terrace. We stayed for 3 nights here, loved Alcantara district.

helpful staff and excellent breakfasts. we truly enjoyed the fact that there were an individual safe, tv set and a mini-fridge-bar in the room.
